Housing Counseling 
Tri-City Peoples
Corporation Housing Counseling Department is dedicated
to assisting the
community who are facing foreclosure, helping others become
Homeowners, and assisting
homeowners with preserving their homes through
educational workshops and
one-to-one counseling. Housing
counseling services
are free with the
exception to the following which require a nominal fee:
Reverse Mortgage
Counseling Services and credit report for First Time Home Buyers.
Housing Counselors
are trained and certified by Neighbor Works of America and
the Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD). Our
counselors possess a
rich history in banking and loan service experience. Each has
the ability to develop a
rapport with mortgage companies and lending servicers by utilizing their
extensive
understanding of guidelines, mortgages, and loans.
